Thank you for shopping with ninjon.net. We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and how returns and refunds work.
1. Your Right to Cancel (EU & UK Customers)
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period. You then have another 14 days to return the goods. Once we receive the items back, we will issue a full refund, including the standard delivery cost you paid.
Exceptions: This right does not apply to digital downloads, personalized items, or goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons if unsealed.
2. Returns (All Customers)
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item or (for EU/UK customers) within 14 days of you providing proof of return.
Refunds are made to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
6. Preorders
For preorder items, refunds are only available if:
The project is canceled and production does not go ahead, or
The item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect once shipped.
By placing a preorder, you agree to these terms.
